ZJ-PCE101 Water-Reducing PCE Flake

A 97% solids polycarboxylate flake designed for strong water reduction, concrete flow and compatibility screening across ready-mix and precast applications.

Fast dispersion and high water reduction

The supplied technical sheet describes ZJ-PCE101 as a flake-form PCE with a water-reduction rate of at least 45%. It is intended to improve flow, pumpability and segregation resistance while supporting hardened strength and durability.

Compatibility is stated for a range of cements and supplementary cementitious materials, including systems with higher powder or clay content. Final performance must be confirmed with the buyer's cement, binders, aggregates and full admixture system.

Where ZJ-PCE101 is evaluated

Ready-mix and pumped concrete

For strong initial dispersion, flow and pumpability subject to cement compatibility testing.

Precast and high-strength concrete

Suitable for evaluation where lower mixing water and high hardened performance are required.

SCC and UHPC trials

For high-flow systems where rheology, air, setting and segregation must be checked together.

Trial before commercial dosing

  • • ZJ-PCE101 may be used alone or blended with other flake-form PCE products.
  • • The flakes may be dissolved to prepare a mother-liquor solution with 50% solids for downstream formulation.
  • • Start within the stated 0.1–0.5% solids-basis range and determine the final dosage by testing.
  • • A small amount of set-control admixture may be evaluated where adjustment of setting time is needed.
  • • Do not blend with naphthalene-based superplasticizers; test compatibility before combining with other admixtures.

Storage and purchasing information

Store dry and ventilated at 2–35°C, protected from direct sunlight and rain. Keep separated from other admixture types. Material beyond the 12-month shelf life should be retested before use.
