Long-distance ready-mix transport
For projects where delivery time creates a larger-than-acceptable loss of workability.
Slump-retaining grade · solid flake
A delayed-release polycarboxylate superplasticizer flake for extended workability, long-distance transport, hot-weather placement and PCE blending.
ZJ-PCE102 · SLUMP-RETAINING TYPEZJ-PCE102 is described as having moderate initial cement dispersion and sustained slump-retention performance. The supplied technical sheet states a 2–4 hour retention window, making it suitable for evaluation where transport time, ambient temperature or extended placement increases slump-loss risk.
The grade is also intended for blending with water-reducing flake-form PCE, especially when the concrete materials contain higher powder or clay levels. Initial and later-age workability must both be tested with the actual cementitious system.

Values are based on the supplied product technical sheet and manufacturer-confirmed formulation information. Retention time is application-dependent and must be verified through timed concrete trials.
For projects where delivery time creates a larger-than-acceptable loss of workability.
For timed trials under elevated temperatures that accelerate slump loss and change setting behavior.
For extended placement windows in pumped, self-compacting, precast, mass or hydraulic concrete.
Store dry and ventilated at 2–35°C, protected from direct sunlight and rain. Keep separated from other admixture types. Material beyond the 12-month shelf life should be retested before use.
