AdmixChem presents concrete admixture and construction chemical solutions for international buyers. Our product scope includes PCE superplasticizers, polyether monomers and selected additives for concrete and dry-mix mortar applications.
PCE (polycarboxylate ether) superplasticizer achieves higher water reduction, around 25 to 40 percent, with better slump retention and lower dosage than naphthalene-based superplasticizers, which typically reduce water by 12 to 20 percent and lose slump faster over time.
Standard PCE powder dosage is usually 0.2 to 0.5 percent of cement weight, equal to roughly 2 to 5 kilograms per ton of cement, depending on the mix design, cement type, and desired slump. Exact dosage should be confirmed with lab trial mixes.
For hot climates, slump-retention PCE superplasticizers combined with a retarding component are commonly used because they slow early hydration and maintain workability longer under high ambient temperatures compared to standard water reducers.
Minimum order quantity varies by product, typically starting at one ton for powder PCE superplasticizer and one IBC tote for liquid admixtures. Sample quantities are available on request before placing a bulk order.
